dotTreeSoft processes personal information for the following purposes:
Required items: Email, login ID, and nickname (information provided during Google/Apple OAuth login).
Since OAuth login is used, the app does not separately store passwords.
The company processes and retains personal information within the retention and usage period prescribed by applicable laws.
Account deletion can be performed by selecting "Delete Account" in the "My Info" section within the app. When a user requests account deletion, the company will automatically and promptly destroy the personal information associated with that account without delay.
Users become service members through Google or Apple login, and the email and nickname provided are used for member identification and service provision.
